27 February 2016. Dartford 1:2 Concord Rangers. Tony Burman welcomed back his Isthmian Premier League title winning captain Adam Flanagan, only he was in the opposite dugout as Manager. In the Concord Rangers midfield the Darts were up against two former players James White and Max Cornhill. Goalkeeping Coach Andy Young was previously a goalkeeper for Dartford for several seasons. Adam Flanagan marshalled Dartford’s defence between 2007 and 2010 making 145 appearances and scoring 14 times. James White joined the Essex club and is now captain, he was alongside Flanagan in Dartford’s title winning season, the midfielder made 112 appearances for the Darts. Max Cornhill left only last season after 68 appearances and nine goals. Former Dartford midfielder James White sunk his old club with a goal for Concord. White’s 30-yarder flew into the top corner as Rangers recovered from a goal down to leave Princes Park with a well-deserved victory. There was late drama with Darts screaming for a penalty after Concord keeper Ben McNamara took out George Sykes (see images).
