Glacial granite sculpture at Hall Place, Bexley, Kent
2010 – a THREE tonne piece of sculpted granite has been moved into place to become the centrepiece of a new children’s play area at Hall Place. The glacial rock, which has a hole carved through the middle, took staff and volunteers four hours to move across the grounds at Hall Place, Bourne Road, Bexley. Eventually it will be surrounded by a grass maze.
