20 July 2023. Dartford manager Alan Dowson walks 140 circuits of the Bericote Powerhouse Princes Park Stadium (equivalent to a marathon distance) to raise funds.

20 July 2023. DARTFORD boss Alan Dowson is taking on a marathon challenge to raise money for the Darts’ Supporters Association – and he’s even accepted his former Woking defender Ben Gerring’s challenge to do it dressed as a Teletubby!

Dowson will complete a marathon by walking laps of the National League South club’s pitch on Thursday. The aim is to raise £3,000 for the Kent outfit to use in a number of areas at the club.

Bideford centre-back Gerring has taken to Twitter with the promise of a £200 donation if his former Woking gaffer also pulls on Dipsy’s costume from kids tv show Teletubbies.
