12 November 2023. Dartford Women win 3:1 (Emily Vaughan, Jo Woodgates, Lizzie Adams) and progress onto the Second Round after defeating Abingdon United WFC team. Abingdon WFC are members of WNL South West league, higher up the leagues than Dartford who came into the match the "underdogs".

Dartford Women previously beat Ashford United 0:2 in the Second Qualifying Round on 1 October and Wycombe Wanderers 8:1 in the Third qualifying round on 23 October. Emily Vaughn put Dartford 1-0 up within the first 10 minutes. There were a lot of chances in the first half, hitting the bar and a few other shots just wide but it was 1-0 at half time. Dartford knew they had to be more clinical and take their chances in the second half, a good team talk at half time and they came out ready for war. Shauni set us off with a 2-0 lead, and went on to get herself a hatrick and the match ball. Paris scored a screamer, and Gabby got her first goal. Charlie Tory managed to get 2 myself, it was a great second half and the game finished 8-1. We’re absolutely buzzing to be moving into the first round proper of the FA Cup.
